Functions suitable for RF communication
The ability to measure the adjacent channel power (ACP) of modern radios, pagers and other transmitters is the most important part of the development and production process. The 8560E series spectrum analyzer uses digital modulation such as those used in NADA-TDMA, GSM, DET, CT2-CAI, PDC and PHS standards to provide a complete solution to the APC test of burst carrier signals. Many difficulties in the implementation of established standards have been discussed. The implementation of standards provides fast, accurate and easy-to-use APC measurement capabilities. Use the 8563E option E35ACPR tester to measure W-CDMA adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) with a dynamic range of at least 70dB.

Timing gating signal analysis is another feature of the standard, which makes it easy to measure time-varying signals such as pulsed RF signals, time division multiple access (TDMA) signals, interleaved signals, and burst modulated signals. 8562E spectrum analyzer provides 13.2GHz frequency range, increased dynamic range and third-order intercept (TOI) capabilities. This allows wireless communications engineers to test high-performance components in burst operation systems.
Using the HP85672A parasitic response measurement program, users can use the 8560E series spectrum analyzer to quickly and easily perform parasitic response testing.
