N2796A is a new generation of low-cost, single-ended active probe with AutoProbe interface. The probe combines many current general-purpose, high-speed probing applications with required characteristics, and is particularly suitable for digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. It has 1 M? input impedance and very low input capacitance (1 pF), which can provide ultra-low DUT load. Coupled with excellent signal fidelity, this probe is suitable for most current digital logic voltages. With wide dynamic range (±8 V) and offset range (±12 V), the probe has a wide range of applications.
For probing applications with high signal integrity requirements, the best combination of N2796A 2 GHz active probe and Keysight 1 GHz bandwidth Infiniium and InfiniiVision series oscilloscopes can meet your requirements. The N2796A can also be used as a low-cost alternative to 1156A-1158A active probes or InfiniiMax probes, in combination with Keysight‘s 2.5 GHz or higher bandwidth Infiniium 9000 or 90000 series oscilloscopes.
The N2796A is equipped with a white LED headlight that can illuminate the circuit under test. The probe is powered directly by InfiniiVision and Infiniium‘s Autoprobe interface, without the need for other power supplies. It is also equipped with many accessories for easy connection to the circuit under test.
